Email is best for anything about a purchase, because it lets us find your order and check that a request comes from you.

Refunds, cancellations and payment problems

Email us with the subject “Refund request”, “Cancel my subscription” or “Payment problem”, and tell us:

  • which app you bought;
  • the email address you used at checkout;
  • your licence key, if you have it;
  • the date and amount of the charge; and
  • what happened, and what you would like us to do.

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank: most problems can be solved quickly. Our Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy explains the rules, and how to cancel a subscription online yourself.

Never send us your full card number, your card security code or your bank login details. We will never ask for them.
